Taken at the 2017 International Steampunk Symposium held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel & Suites in the Blue Ash suburb of Cincinnati, Ohio. This woman's hair caught my attention, but her creative hat held it as did her wonderful smile. On Saturday they held a High Tea event. This woman's hat certainly was appropriate and I did notice that she attended the tea.
