We got a crazy storm last night that ripped down a giant branch from our neighborsâ tree. Luckily it didnât hurt anything, but I got to saw it down right after work. Itâs probably time to buy a chainsaw now, right?
Emily and I grabbed dinner at Bowllery. I hadnât been there since they first opened, and Iâm happy to report that theyâve gotten much better. However, just for the two of us the bill was like $50. On Eagle and Avenue C! Iâll wait a few years before I try that again.
Tonight, on a whim, I joined Ahna and the gang at Backyard on Bell, where they were holding a fundraising show for Planned Parenthood. They had these adorable little cutouts of Spicey in the bushes. Thatâs worth the cost of admission by itself.
