Our first stop of the day on our way to the Great wall of China was to a jade factory shop - gotta loe a tour group experience !
They had some remarkable large jade sculptures.
The sculpture looks to be happy wearing his jade tiara - that was in the display case behind.

I've pretty much let my attempt at the 100 Strangers Project fall by the wayside. Partially because I don't want to interrupt people but mostly because I'm not that comfortable asking strangers to make their portrait.
I saw this woman and her little dog while walking in San Telmo the other day. They were just too cute. Every once in a while, I forget about my comfort zone and beg for a portrait. Ok. I didn't really beg. Just asked nicely. She was very kind and posed for me. Made my day.
